The initial focus of this optimal health program is on physical well-being – relieving pain, dysfunction, and dis-ease. It entails dietary change, supplements, detox, exercise, stretching, and a body movement practice (e.g. yoga, Qi Gong, T’ai chi, Feldenkrais). You’ll recognize the progress you’re making by: feeling lighter, having much less discomfort, far more energy, greater flexibility, a stronger immune system, and a healthier libido.
Once you start feeling increased vitality, and seeing a marked improvement in your physical condition, your mind begins to embrace the belief anything’s possible. Now you’re ready to focus on optimal mental and emotional health, and creating the life of your dreams.
Working on the mental/emotional health program, results in heightened self-awareness, peace of mind, a sense of contentment, optimism, and greater clarity regarding your life purpose. You’ll also significantly increase feelings of self-acceptance and self-esteem.
