Beth is highly skilled at practicing Five-Element Acupuncture. This method of acupuncture has the practitioner in the room the entire treatment constantly monitoring changes to the patient’s qi (a form of energy that is your vital life force) pattern. She focuses on getting to the root of an issue by careful listening, observation, and pulse diagnosis. The initial intake, diagnosis and treatment are
two hours and follow-up treatments are an hour.

NST can be incorporated into an acupuncture session or used as an individual session. It is can be very effective in treating sports injuries, pain, headaches, digestive and respiratory issues, and more. NST sessions are 45-60 minutes.
